Spring Online Professional Development Courses Open for Enrollment - Teachers can hone their instructional skills by taking a professional development course from North Carolina E-Learning for Educators. All online courses for spring are open for enrollment. Offerings include the Carolina On-line Teacher (COLT) program as well as Moodle training, content-area courses, and courses designed to help teachers work with special populations.
