Learn how to systematically lead the creation of an authentic learning environment throughout your schools where ALL students are successfully engaged. Also, learn how to recognize and abandon the institutionalized school practices that stifle and inhibit rigor, authentic engagement and student responsibility for learning.

You will learn the distinct exemplary leadership practices, identified through a study of hundreds of high-performing schools, that every leader can start immediately. You will also learn specific strategies for implementing each practice effectively and a proven process for providing professional development for implementing these practices successfully in your school.  Throughout the symposium, participants will reflect on their current practices for increasing achievement as compared to the practices found pervasively in exemplary schools.
