World View's 2012 K-12 Global Education Symposium examines the world's most pressing challenges and resources for integrating global themes across the curriculum. Concurrent session may topics include:

- The Global Financial Crisis
- Global Health Challenges
- Global in Common Core & Essential Standards
- Human rights: local & global perspectives
- Economic Development
- Peace and Conflict

The program is designed for teachers and administrators of all disciplines, providing current information and unique strategies for helping students learn about the world. CEU credits will be offered.
Cost (North Carolina educators):
Registration is $175 per person. A Team of 4 is $600 (save $100). A Team is comprised of 4 or more individuals from a school or district. Only $150 for each additional Team member.
